Individuals will call the resort directly at 800-338-5253 to make their reservations.
Please be sure to request the rate under “Wisconsin Association of College Stores” to receive the group rate.
If you mention only “WACS,” staff may not find the reservation block and will say no rooms are available. Using the full association name ensures your booking is placed correctly.
All guest room reservations are required to have one guest 21 years of age or older occupying the room.
Daily Rates:
Lodges Double Queen Rate - $119.00 plus $26 resort fee and tax (if applicable)
Lodges King Rate - $92.00 plus $26 resort fee and tax (if applicable)
Loges King Suite Rate - $139.00 plus $26 resort fee and tax (if applicable)

Cut-Off and Check-In
Cut-Off Date: Friday, September 12, 2025
Check-In Time: 4:00pm
Check-Out Time: 11:00am
On Friday, September 12, 2025, Lake Lawn Resort will release the unreserved rooms for general sale.
Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis.
All reservations will be held after 4:00pm and guaranteed for late arrival when guaranteed to the master account, accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed to a major credit card. Individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Individuals must present a credit card or deposit, for incidentals upon check-in.

Store Fall Conference Registration
ONE FULL REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED per store attending.
Full registration includes all meals and events. Additional attendees from the same store can either purchase additional full registrations or guest tickets (add to cart below form).

Additional/Guest Tickets
Full Registration includes all meals and events. Guest tickets are only for additional store or vendor attendees that will only be attending those days or members that want to bring a guest to the meals. If you are attending multiple days, you should sign up for full registration.
Vendor Fall Conference Registration
ONE FULL REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED per company. Vendor reps with multiple companies only need one full registration.
Full registration includes all meals and events. Additional attendees from the same company can either purchase additional full registrations or guest tickets (add to cart below form).
If you are exhibiting, you must purchase at least one 8’ space at $30 (add $30, if electricity is needed).
Additional 8’ space can be purchased at $30 each (electricity is $30 total, regardless of table quantity).
